Chris Horney - When I’m designing a new piece, I generally have a clear vision of the form itself. Then I tend to throw every embellish-ment I can imagine onto it: carvings and corbels, beading and bowfronts. Then I work backwards to get to the simplest form, with a few striking details to accentuate the lines.

Grant-Noren - Ingela Norén, a renowned weaver, studied arts and crafts in her nayive Sweden, including the study of faux finish techniques. Daniel Grant, a skilled marble sculptor and painter, studied art in California. He made custom furniture and cabinets before joining Ingela in creating this combined artistic venture in 1994.

Daniel Borlandelli - After deciding that tools and brushes were my favorite toys, he started down the road, which calls “my art career”. but was not until 1985 that he felt the need to communicate through sculpture and painting. Daniel immigrated to New York in June 1989. He is working in his Long Island studio where he is experimenting with old techniques and new ideas.
