Shipping Information

Our shipping charges are calculated by size and weight and sent by First Class or Priority Mail. Fragile or expensive items may also require insurance. We work hard to ensure we keep your shipping rates as low as possible. Free shipping on all jewelry by First Class U.S. Mail within the continental United States.

Store Pickup is available

Order on-line and pick up at Artitudes. No need to pay for shipping and you get to visit Artitudes and see more of our unique collection. If it’s a gift let us know if you want it wrapped before you arrive or want to see it “live” and we can wait to wrap it when you get here!

Gift Wrapping

Please indicate if you would like your purchase gift wrapped. Our Gift wrapping is complimentary. 

If your order is a gift being shipped to the recipient please let us know at  checkout and we will not include a receipt in the package.

If you would like us to include a gift card please type the wording in the Comments section and we will include a hand written gift card.

Gift Cards - for in store purchases only

Gift Certificates are a thoughtful way to allow someone to choose their own special gift at Artitudes. 

Purchase online - We offer electronic gift certificates that can be sent to any email address. The recipient simply brings us a paper copy or shows us the email to redeem in store or you can ask us to mail out your certificate with a handwritten note. 

Purchase by phone - Call us at 617-244-9220 and we will mail out your certificate with a handwritten note. 

Purchase in store - Of course you can always purchase and pick up your certificate at Artitudes.

Ordering Items Not Shown On Our Website

We don't have the ability to show all the unique items we carry at Artitudes on our website. If there is something you would like to order that you saw when you visited or think we might carry please email or call with a description. If we still have the item, we will happily send a picture to confirm and then process the order for you!

Return / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please first contact us by email or phone. Repackage carefully, include the original sales or gift receipt and return the item no later than 14 days after purchase for a refund, or within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

*We do not refund shipping costs.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days unless the item is defective. Please keep in mind that our items are handcrafted and variations can occur in the product which makes each piece unique.

Privacy Policy

We value our customers’ privacy and only collect and use your personal information to operate the website and deliver the services you have requested. We do not sell or share your contact information with any other source and will not compromise your privacy in any way. All orders are processed through a secure server and encrypted to keep your information safe. If you want to receive offers and communications please join our email list.
